Important Considerations: Towel use requires a refundable deposit of $500.00 MXN per towel. Lounge chairs in the beach and pool areas are free of charge, subject to availability. Guests must wear appropriate clothing for pool use. The two jacuzzis are located on a sun deck and are subject to availability. Parking costs $195.00 MXN per car, subject to availability.

Children's Policy: Free admission for children 0-3 years old; child ticket for ages 4-11; adult ticket for ages 12 and up.

Excluded Services: Alcoholic beverages, parking, lodging, snacks, gym access, and kids' club. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, nor are large inflatables.
