Important Considerations: Check-in with minors must be completed by one of their parents upon presentation of the child's birth certificate and identity card. If the child is not accompanied by their parents, check-in may be completed by the adult responsible for the minor, duly authorized by at least one parent. The authorization must be in writing, signed and notarized by one of the parents, and must state that the minor is under their care and responsibility. A copy of the authorization, along with the child's identity card or a copy of their birth certificate, must be presented at the time of check-in.
