Sian Ka’an Reserve Ancient Maya Canals Tour

Pickup included from downtown Tulum or the Hotel Zone between 6:00 and 6:40 a.m. Return to Tulum is approximately between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m.

Child policy: Children under 3 years old may join under the full responsibility of their parents/guardians. From 12 years old and up, the adult rate applies.

What to bring: Sunglasses, sun hat, change of clothes, biodegradable sunscreen, beachwear, cash, reusable water bottle.

Not allowed: Smoking, drones, professional cameras, plastic bags, vaping, alcohol and drugs, plastic bottles, conventional sunscreen.

Not suitable for: Pregnant women, people with back problems, people over 264 lbs (120 kg), infants under 1 year old.

Not included: Gratuities or the mandatory federal entry fee to Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve ($218 MXN or ~$12 USD per person), paid on-site by cash or card. This fee supports conservation and is not retained by the operator.

Includes transportation from Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Akumal, Tulum, or along the route between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. The tour begins with lunch at our Mayan palapa before the experience starts.
