Babysitting services can be arranged directly through the hotel for IDR 125,000 net per hour, with a three-hour minimum booking. All guests must follow standard procedures and safety rules at the Kids Club. There is no age restriction. A 30% discount on additional food and beverage purchases is available at all properties. Guests must wear appropriate swimwear when using the pool. No refunds will be issued for unused services. Guests who do not arrive on the reserved date without prior notice will be considered no-shows.
