Every hotel puts together its own pass, so the exact list changes from one property to the next. These are the services that come up most often across the hotels in Puerto Aventuras:
It depends on the hotel. Usually the youngest, normally up to age 2 to 5, go free; from there up to 11 or 12 they pay a child rate, often around half the adult price; and from 12 or 13 they pay as adults. Some hotels do not admit babies or limit how many children can come per adult, and many spa or massage passes are adults only even at family hotels. The ages and the child price appear on each pass before you book.
You book on daypass.com for a specific date and receive a confirmation with a QR code. Bring that confirmation — on your phone or printed — along with a valid photo ID matching the name on the booking, plus whatever the hotel asks for, such as swimwear.
